Once you have signed-up for a package, the team will contact you with login details for your Monday.com dashboard. From here you can log any support tickets via the online form.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY TICKETS?

On your Monday.com dashboard, you can see a table view of all tickets logged. This gives you visibility of any status changes, ticket updates and the estimated date of completion.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY MONTHLY ALLOWANCE?

Your Monday.com dashboard allows you to monitor how many hours have been used, along with the remaining hours for the month.
