They also provide innovative solutions like the Fixsafe system, revolutionising safety in roofing. Filon serves clients internationally across public and private sectors, including construction, oil and gas, highways, marine, transportation, and manufacturing.

The challenge

Filon wanted to build brand awareness at a national level, but mainly to promote their revolutionary new product, ‘Heritage Valley’.

 

In order to attain these objectives, we recommended ongoing SEO and organic social media. We implemented a social media strategy across their Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn channels, aligning with their main business goals.

When Filon signed with us, they had a Facebook and LinkedIn account (managed internally) and did not have an Instagram account.

We used data-driven insights to shape the content we created and how we optimised captions, hashtags and posting times.

 

Performance highlights:

 

When using a LinkedIn caption that included imagery from a recent event and five different tags. The post generated 285 clicks, 56 reactions and 2.7k impressions. Performing significantly better than competitor posts without tags.

 

Following competitor and industry hashtag research and implementation, we saw a 63% increase in impressions on Instagram over a 3 month period.

 

The Instagram account we created from scratch has now gained almost 400 followers through the organic follower growth strategies we implemented.

 

We analysed MoM data to review best-performing posts and determine key growth areas to achieve the KPIs.
