26 years and counting
From our first office in a bedroom in Surrey to a 30+ strong office in the Midlands, Extramile has gone from strength to strength in its 25 year history. Fastforward to present day, and Extramile’s journey continues to thrive.
2000
SurveyDigital is founded in Nick and Gabrielle’s spare bedroom in Surrey.
2007
The company grows with its first full time employee and moves into its first office – 53 High Street, Eccleshall.
2010
SurveyDigital is renamed and becomes ExtraMile Communications Ltd in June 2010.
2012
ExtraMile moves less than a mile into a new office at 4a High Street, Eccleshall.
2014
ExtraMile begin providing digital marketing services and recruits its first SEO employee.
2018
The first million pound turnover year achieved… and another office move, this time to our current home. In 2018 we relocated to Kern House, Brooms Road on Stone Business Park.
2019
Amanda and James buy into ExtraMile.
2021
Amanda and James become majority shareholders.
2022
ExtraMile is awarded Platinum Investors in People accreditation.
2023
ExtraMile Communications is renamed to Extramile Digital in May 2023 to better reflect the full scope of marketing services provided. Also in 2023, Extramile pivots to B2B clients only.
2024
Extramile Digital is named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list for 2024.
