Driving Measurable Digital Growth for RBH Group

The Outcomes

A combined effort from UX and SEO specialists meant that RBH’s website turned into a highly optimised lead-generation engine across target European regions. Following successful execution and data alignment inside GA4, the platform achieved massive, quantifiable uplifts in commercial conversions and user engagement.

Since the site went live in mid February, the growth has been impressive.

The Challenge

RBH Group, a market-leading chemical and mineral material supplier needed to merge separate legacy sites into a unified digital presence. One that converted and drove traffic.

Their previous platform suffered from significant operational bottlenecks:

  • Disjointed Brand Identity: The perception of operating as separate regional companies obscured the Group’s expansive capabilities.
  • Severe Usability Limitations: Poor navigation on the legacy site forced RBH’s own internal sales team to struggle with sales information.
  • Inadequate Tracking & Optimisation: There was a real lack of commercial measurement mechanisms.

The Strategy

After scoping out the requirements of the project, we then deployed an agile, search-first web design and development framework to build a modern ecosystem using WordPress.

The structural blueprint prioritised:

Advanced technical SEO

Thorough SEO site migration

Optimised user journeys

Clean aesthetic control

The execution

The new layout prioritises a clean, white background baseline punctuated by geometric, full-colour brand accents to create immediate visual differentiation against standard corporate chemical competitors, while the complex multi-level menu was compressed into an agile, single-level navigation system that instantly eliminated user friction.

Functionally, the solution transformed the website from a static product catalog into a highly interactive, technical lead-generation engine designed to serve both procurement agents and specialised research consultants.

The development team engineered a predictive product search component capable of handling text queries and exact mineral product codes with error-handling tolerance, filtering results instantly by product types and specific pages.

To capture high-intent commercial inquiries, traditional calls-to-action were replaced with gated, session-authenticated access for technical data archives and geographic-specific sample request forms.

From a technical SEO perspective, we executed a comprehensive search migration strategy to maintain established search equity and mitigate performance bottlenecks. To safeguard the domain authority transferred from the newly acquired Faber & VanderEnde entity, precision 301 redirected user agents and humans directly onto the new structure.
