How long will it take for a ticket to be completed?
Support tickets take different amounts of time to be completed, depending on the type of request and the priority of the support request. Once your support ticket is submitted, we will contact you to give you an estimated timeline of when your ticket will be worked on.
How do I log a ticket?
Once you have signed up for a package, the team will contact you with login details for your Monday.com dashboard. From here, you will be able to log any support tickets via an online form.
How do I check the status of my tickets?
On your Monday.com dashboard, you can see a table view of all tickets logged. This provides visibility into any status changes, ticket updates and the estimated completion date.
How can I check my monthly allowance?
Your Monday.com dashboard allows you to monitor how many hours have been used, along with the remaining hours for the month.
What do I do if my website goes down?
Either log a critical ticket on your Monday.com dashboard, or call our support team on 01785 850774 and select option 6.
How often will my website be updated?
Depending on which support package you take out with us, your website will be updated quarterly, monthly or bi-weekly.
